The Biltmore Retail space was built in 1924 by Architects Bertram Stuart and Arthur Wheatley designed a Tudor-Gothic style featuring an all brick and decorative terra cotta façade.  These retail spaces offer exceptional store front space and lots of exposure. 

The Biltmore sits in the heart of Capitol Hill on East Loretta Place and Summit Avenue East. With a walk score of 95 making it a “Walker’s Paradise”. Biltmore is surrounded by some of Seattle’s finest restaurants, most prominent nightlife and wonderful entertainment venues.
